I met Tina Weiss in 2011 when she rented an apartment that I had listed in Highland Beach, Florida. At that time, she had moved from California where she was founder of a skin care business.
Tina was a responsible tenant and always current with her rental payments. She recreated that apartment to a stunning new look. Tina brought in her own accessories, artwork and with the owner's permission, rearranged furnishings. The unit went from dreary to vibrant, colorful and sophisticated. She became a friend almost immediately and has remained in that capacity for the past 12 years.
